Do we ever sit down and think about it? Or, do we just accept that our
fatigue, headaches, bloating or skin problems are part of life or growing older?
In today’s world being ‘healthy’ is becoming increasingly more difficult to achieve due to our pace of life, the availability of ready meals, environmental factors and market forces. Not to mention the media which bombard us with what to eat and what not to eat.
Many of us would like to
make the 'right' decisions when it comes to looking after our bodies but what is
the 'right' decision for us and how are we going to find time to change our
habits?
What can we do about it? Well, one option is to
go and see a Nutritional Therapist. That’s where I come in!
Nutritional Therapy is aimed at ensuring an individual has
the best possible diet and lifestyle for them – giving them optimum health. We are all different and a
Nutritional Therapist creates
a plan specifically for each person, for the long term.
